SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are packaged and shipped within 48 hours. House of Ninety Seven is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages by shipping services.

If you do not receive your package upon shipment, please email us at info@houseofninetyseven.com and we will be glad to assist in filing a claim. You will not be reimbursed for the items unless the shipping provider reimburses the package as a whole.

RETURN POLICY:

Unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise is eligible for return if returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed as merchandise credit.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

We take great pride in inspecting all inventory before it is shipped and/or sold. If you have received a damaged item, please email info@houseofninetyseven,com within 3 business days of received shipment of your purchase. Please include written detail(s) of the defect(s) and attach pictures. 

We will NOT accept items past 3 days or after wear or wash. Please ensure you follow the care instructions listed on the laundry tag of your merchandise purchased.
